This was my first attempt at making faux meat, and I think it turned out pretty well!
It’s made from: tofu, black beans, chickpeas, tons of delicious herbs, and garlic.
Topped these tacos with daiya mozzarella, kale and napa cabbage (instead of lame ol’ lettuce), and some hot sauce. They were probably the best tacos that I’ve ever had.
