150mL vegan Mayo 120mL Sriracha 2tbsp minced garlic 30mL lemon juice 5mL onion powder Add ingredients to bowl and mix. Add red pepper flakes if you feel.

Spicy Green Sauce
half container tofutti 1/4 cup flour 60mL coconut milk 30mL lime juice (+ zest) 3-4 larger jalapeno (or 5-6 thai super hot peppers) Add all ingredients sans flour into a blender or food processor. Mix well. Add flour and mix some more. Andddd, you’re done!

I made one stuffed jalapeño tonight. I made enough stuffing and had enough ingredients and peppers for 5, but I guess I shouldn’t have cut all but one is half. Guys, I’m very sorry, I made a vegan pizza last night, but it was out of a box. It was from a local chamberlins, apparently they started carrying a new style of Tofurky vegan pizza. not my picture. My pizza had a lot more cheese on it. But, because I’m such a fat arse, I added a bunch of extra daiya cheese, red pepper flakes, and some fried garlic. Mmmm! PS. don’t cook it...
